Great Yarmouth has three sections of beautiful beach that each offer a different experience. The North Beach boasts wildlife-rich sand dunes, leading down to a sandy beach with views of the Scroby Sands Wind Farm. It’s also close to the Venetian Waterways and boating lake, tennis courts and bowling greens. The wide, sandy Central Beach, between the piers, is where all the fun happens, with donkey rides, activities, shops, cafes and deck chairs for hire. Meanwhile, the South Beach is a quieter alternative – yet still close to all the amenities. Dog walking is permitted on the North and South beaches, all year round.
