A step up from our Traversing Wall, our Climbing Wall sees you go up rather than across! Use the brightly coloured grips to scale the rock wall and reach the top. Wall climbing teaches you to solve problems quickly and develops your muscles as you climb – all whilst having loads of fun!
What can I expect?
Our Go Active instructors will strap you in a climbing harness so you are safe at all times. They’ll also teach you the skills needed to make it all the way to the top. You’ll develop an eye for finding the perfect route to climb high and learn how to get back down safely. By the end of the session you’ll have improved your skills and confidence to climb even higher next time.
Climbers should have a minimum weight of 36kg.
How should I prepare?
Make sure you are comfortably dressed, as you would for any other physical activity. Flat, sturdy, and comfortable shoes are also a must. We recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
