An exciting opportunity for a Café Team Leader to join R Family at our new Marina Café.
We are looking for a team member to support the Café Manager; with an ambition for success, excellent organisational and communication skills. Our Café Team Leader will primarily be a ‘hands-on’ role which will involve preparing hot and cold beverages including speciality coffee, food preparation and basic kitchen tasks, operating the till and handling of payments as well as general duties such as cleaning. Compliance with health and hygiene regulations paramount.
In the absence of the Manager the successful applicant will direct the team, manage rotas and stock successfully, ensure highest levels of quality and standards of service are delivered; making sure the café is clean and presentable at all times.
Excellent customer service skills, delivering warm and friendly hospitality to visitors.
Hours of work 35 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays.
Rate of Pay £10.61 per hour increasing to £11.61 March 2023
